Marissa Roushar

Marissa Roushar is an experienced professional in the field of business development and people operations. Currently serving as the People Operations and Employee Experience Coordinator at Jomboy Media, Marissa has previously held roles at Salesforce, where responsibilities included business development for both Salesforce CMT and Slack CBS, and at Oracle as a Business Development Consultant. Marissa's background also includes significant experience in sports management, having worked as a Student Manager for LSU Volleyball and as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at LSU Athletics. In addition to a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University, Marissa possesses a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration from the same institution.
