JORDAO
Rui Miranda is an experienced professional specializing in team leadership and continuous improvement, currently serving as Team Leader - Melhoria Contínua at JORDAO since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rui held various coaching positions at Grupo Desportivo Recreativo e Cultural "Os Sandinenses" between January 2017 and January 2022, including responsibilities for U7 to U17 age groups. Rui also gained experience as an intern at JORDAO COOLING SYSTEMS and contributed to a project on internal logistics efficiency at Continental. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade do Minho, with additional studies at Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave. Rui's leadership skills were further developed through active roles in human resources at NEEGIUM and participation in the university's student organization ESTIEM.
