Florie Ellwein

Florie Ellwein, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jostens, leading a global HR function and acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team since November 2019. Prior to this role, Florie held various senior positions at U.S. Bank, including SVP HR for Talent, Development, and Education, and SVP of Enterprise Strategy, focusing on talent development and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Best Buy, where responsibilities spanned HR strategy, business strategy development, and leadership in corporate education, as well as positions at Target, Ecolab, and Carlson Companies. Florie holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Carleton College.
