Ray Campbell

Ray Campbell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel across various industries. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Jotform since January 2021, Ray previously held similar positions at SugarCRM and PLOS, where responsibilities included overseeing all legal functions, corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance matters. At Rovi/Tivo, Ray managed a significant legal team focused on intellectual property, litigation, and licensing, while at Adobe Systems, Ray led worldwide litigation and IP protection efforts. Ray holds a Juris Doctor degree from USC School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge.
