Catherine Coulombe

Catherine Coulombe serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Telecon since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in legal affairs from previous roles. Prior positions include Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Telecon, and Senior Legal Counsel at Saputo Inc. from May 2013 to September 2022. Additional experience encompasses a lawyer position in Commercial & Franchise at Therrien Couture avocats, contractual work at Varia, and legal counsel roles at Imperial Tobacco Canada and Stikeman Elliott LLP. Catherine earned an MBA in Management from emlyon business school in 2011, an MBA from HEC Montréal in 2011, and a combined L.L.B. & L.L.A in Civil law and common law from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2002.
