David Movius

David Movius serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Axuall since October 2023, leading legal, compliance, and governance initiatives for a healthcare data-as-a-service company. Previously, Movius held roles as General Counsel and Secretary/Vice President of Legal Affairs at Compute North and as a Strategic Board Member at Somnio Global Holdings. With extensive experience in legal matters across various sectors, including intellectual property, contracting, and compliance, Movius has also served as Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at McDonald Hopkins LLC and as an associate at Thompson Hine LLP. Movius began a legal career at the United States Department of Justice, contributing to the Federal Guidelines on Searching and Seizing Computers. Movius holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound.
