Susan Chappell is a seasoned publishing and communications professional with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Travel Publishing at Journal Communications Inc. since December 2009, Susan has successfully led integrated content marketing programs for national clients and has honed expertise in client communications, product launches, and digital media management. Previously, Susan held roles as Content Director and Managing Editor for travel publications at Journal Communications, and as Assistant Lifestyles Editor at the Nashville Banner. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Magazines from the University of Florida, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
