Neethu Abraham

Neethu Abraham is a highly experienced professional in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as Managing Editor at JoVE since November 2020, and previously held roles as Science Editor and Acquisition Editor. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Editor at Cactus Communications and undertaking a Ph.D. at the University of Hyderabad, where research focused on the role of SUMOylation in genome stability and gene silencing in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Earlier professional experience includes project internships at Syngene International Limited and Inbiopro Solutions Pvt Ltd. Neethu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Hyderabad and a Master's degree in Advanced Biochemistry from the University of Madras.
