Kelsey Chipman

Kelsey Chipman is an accomplished professional in the field of communications and account management, currently serving as Vice President at JPA Health since June 2022, after holding the position of Account Director. Prior experiences include roles at PRECISIONeffect, where Kelsey progressed from Senior Account Executive to Account Supervisor from September 2020 to July 2022, and a tenure at McCann New York as a Senior Account Executive from June 2019 to September 2020.
