Paul Buysse

Paul Buysse is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at JSR Micro NV - JSR Life Sciences since January 2017, Paul manages the company's life sciences activities in Europe, including manufacturing, sales, and support. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Sales and New Business Development at JSR Micro NV since October 1996, and worked in technical sales at JEOL from October 1993 to October 1996, specializing in scanning electron microscopes (SEM). Prior to these roles, Paul was a project engineer at Philips from October 1991 to October 1993, and developed metrology and defect inspection strategies on SEM at IMEC between 1986 and 1990. Paul holds degrees in Electronics Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven - De Nayer Campus.
