Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy Kotla has a diverse work experience in various research and leadership roles. Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy began their career at Avra Laboratories Pvt Ltd in 2004 as a Research Chemist and worked there until 2006. Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy then joined Chembiotek Research International Pvt Ltd as a Research Chemist from 2006 to 2007. Dr. Kotla then joined Jubilant Chemsys as a Senior Research Associate from 2007 to 2011, where their responsibilities included analyzing project details, conducting literature searches, synthesizing and purifying molecules, and communicating with clients. Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy pursued their PhD at Delhi University from 2011 to 2014 as a PHD Student. After completing their PhD, they worked as a Research Associate at Chapman University, School of Pharmacy from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy then joined PI Industries Ltd as an Associate Team Lead from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Dr. Kotla is employed at Jubilant Biosys Limited, initially starting as a Group Lead in 2020 and then transitioning to the role of Principal Scientist in 2023.
Dr. Siva Kumar Reddy Kotla holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Delhi. Following this, they pursued a Post-doctoral program in Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis at the Chapman University School of Pharmacy.
