Prior to this, they held the position of Instock Manager at Flipkart and Manager at Samsung Electronics. Their previous roles include Deputy Manager - Customer Satisfaction at Whirlpool of India Ltd. and Manager - Consumer Service at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Vikram completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University in 2006.
