Currently serving as the Regional Vice President and General Manager of Burj Al Arab at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since August 2022, Giovanni has previously held positions such as Group Operations Director and VP at Swire Hotels, and Managing Director at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel. Giovanni's career also includes significant roles at Four Seasons Hotels and InterContinental Hotels, where expertise in hotel management and food and beverage operations has been demonstrated.
