Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll has extensive experience in technology support and leadership roles, currently serving as Tech Services Helpdesk Team Lead and previously as Tech Services Analyst at Jump Trading LLC since December 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Engineer at ePlus inc., IT Support Engineer at IDS - IT Solutions, and Helpdesk Support Technician at Pierce and Associates, among others. Michael Carroll also served in the US Army from August 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included operations and communications management. Michael Carroll holds an Associate of Science degree in Professional Studies from Austin Peay State University, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, Michael Carroll has pursued Cisco Networking certifications through the National Able Network.
