Shannon Wilburn, CFE, has an extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as an elementary educator for Union Public Schools. Shannon worked as an account executive for Community Spirit Magazine in 2000 and got involved in Emergency Infant Services in 2009 as a Marketing Committee member, then as a board member until 2012. Shannon was an Advisory Board Member for Small Business Connection - Tulsa Regional Chamber from 2011 to 2016. In 2013, Wilburn joined the Board of Trustees of Oklahoma Christian University, where they served until 2020. Shannon also served as a Board Member for The Barre Code from 2018 to 2020. Wilburn started another venture with their Coal Creek Farm Jenks in 2018, where they co-owns a 15-acre wooded farm location that offers memories capturing services. In 2014, they joined the International Franchise Association as a Membership Committee Member. Shannon co-founded and was the CEO of Just Between Friends Franchise System, Inc., North America's Leading Children's and Maternity Consignment Sales Event Franchise, from 2003 to 2022. Currently, they are the Business Owner of SHINE Executive Coaching and Consultancy Ltd, established in 2023.

Shannon Wilburn, CFE earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Abilene Christian University between 1988 and 1992. Prior to attending university, they attended LD Bell between 1986 and 1988, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. In addition to their education, Shannon obtained a certification as a Certified Franchising Executive from the International Franchise Association, although the exact month and year of certification are unknown.

Starting out with 17 consignors in Shannon's living room, they have gone to over 1400 consignors in the Exchange Center of Expo Square in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Each territory supports one or more non-profits. Just another way that JBF helps thecommunity. It gives moms the opportunity to sell their children's gently used clothes, furniture, equipment, toys and even maternity. Not only can they sell their things, but it is a great place to purchase great items at unbelievable prices.Becoming part of this great event is easy. You gather your items, prepare them for the sale, and drop them off at the sale to be sold. In most territories, for participating, you get to be a part of a presale that you have to see to believe! Imagine this, getting to choose from thousands of items of the best in children's, maternity and teens' merchandise that you have ever seen!
