Gabriel Cole is an experienced leader in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Just Fare since November 2009, where responsibilities include Vision & Strategy, Marketing & Sales, and Coaching & Professional Development. Gabriel co-founded Fare Community Kitchen in response to the pandemic, facilitating the daily provision of free, dignified meals. Previous roles include Global Head of Food at Airbnb, where innovative culinary initiatives were implemented, and multiple advisory positions within small business development centers focused on food and hospitality. Gabriel's career also includes significant culinary management roles at Bon Appétit Management Company and personal chef services, supported by education from Champlain College and high schools in Vermont.
