Wendy Anderson

Wendy Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at K1 Speed since February 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Field Human Resources at Jenny Craig, HR Business Partner at The HEINEKEN Company, Partner Resources Manager at Starbucks, and Divisional Human Resources Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill, where Wendy managed HR functions across 90 restaurants and partnered with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Wendy also held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Panda Restaurant Group, focusing on department restructuring and leadership development, and started their career in operations at Catalina Restaurant Group, eventually advancing to Director of Human Resources. Wendy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and has multiple SPHR certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute. Additional credentials include certifications in Human Resource Management and Franklin Covey's 7 Habits.
