Naoko Abarca has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industries, currently serving as the Catering and Conference Manager at The Kahala Hotel & Resort since May 2018, after previously holding the position of Guest Services Assistant Manager. Prior to this role, Naoko worked at Watabe Wedding Corp as the Planning Department Assistant Manager from September 2010 to May 2018. Additional experiences include an Assistant Writer and Editorial role at Washington Nichibei Consultants from August 2009 to June 2010, a Project Manager position at the Japan Productivity Center for Socio-economic, and various supervisory roles at Coast Guard Exchange Systems. Naoko began a career as a Tour Coordinator at Ecole International Co and holds a Master degree from Osaka University of Education.
