Andrea Spaggiari

Andrea Spaggiari has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across different organizations. Currently, Andrea serves as a Member of the Board at Spal Group and advises at the TMC Innovation Institute. Additionally, Andrea is recognized as a Global Fellow at Kairos and takes on the role of Leader of the Future at The European House-Ambrosetti. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at BeMyEye and as an Investment Analyst at Nauta Capital. Andrea's educational background includes completing the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD, alongside studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Babson College, as well as earning a Laurea in Economia Aziendale from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
