Naveed Sharif

Naveed Sharif is an accomplished professional in the field of data science and AI/ML, currently serving as the Director of Data Science & AI/ML in Digital at Kaiser Permanente since June 2012. In this role, Naveed leads a team focused on enhancing digital healthcare experiences through Causal Inference, Search, Personalization, and Conversational AI. Prior to this, Naveed held positions as Manager and Staff Data Scientist in Sales & Marketing, contributing to go-to-market strategies and driving membership growth through advanced AI/ML systems. Naveed's background also includes roles at Cisco in financial analysis and data analytics. Naveed is currently pursuing further education at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and holds multiple graduate degrees in Economics and Analytics from California State University - East Bay, along with a Bachelor's in Finance from San Jose State University and studies at esteemed institutions including UC Berkeley and LSE.
