Suzanne Lepley

Suzanne Lepley is the Director of Alumni Engagement at Kalamazoo College since June 2017, previously holding roles as Dean of Admissions and Director of Admission, where leadership involved guiding a team of seventeen professionals in the college's application and selection process. Lepley served as Interim Dean of Admission, contributing to the President's Cabinet during the search for a Vice President. With a tenure at Kalamazoo College beginning in 1998, Lepley also functioned as Senior Associate Director of Admission, promoting the institution through various outreach efforts. Additionally, Lepley was the Board Chair for Colleges That Change Lives from 2011 to 2013, a non-profit organization supporting student-centered college search processes, and gained early experience at YWCA Sexual Assault Program as a Counselor/Victim Advocate. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Western Michigan University.
