Amy Mervak

Amy Mervak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and quality improvement within healthcare and community organizations. Currently serving as a Coach and Consultant at Amy Mervak Coaching and Consulting LLC and as a TRHT Racial Healing Practitioner at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, Amy's career includes significant roles at Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Project Manager to Chief Quality and Compliance Officer, overseeing quality improvement and compliance initiatives. Prior experience includes pioneering the first epidemiology program at the Calhoun County Public Health Department. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kalamazoo College.
