Christian Boelke is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Project Management at KALKHOFF BIKES since January 2023, Christian previously held the position of Projektleiter at GRIMME Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG from November 2018 to December 2022. Prior roles include Teamleiter Projektmanagement at Airex Composite Structures and Projektmanager at 3A Composites, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership, capacity planning, and stakeholder coordination. Christian's engineering background is further solidified by previous roles at GDELS-Mowag GmbH, Brüggen Oberflächen- und Systemlieferant GmbH, and Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH, along with a solid educational foundation in mechanical engineering and leadership skills through various programs, including a Practitioner of Modern Leadership degree at TAM Akademie GmbH.
