Tia Jysmä serves as the Senior Manager of Sustainability at Cargotec since January 2023, leading environmental processes on a Group level. Prior to this role, Tia held various sustainability-focused positions at YIT from August 2010 to January 2023, including Senior Manager of Sustainability, Business Development Manager, and Corporate Responsibility Manager, where responsibilities involved reducing CO2 emissions, analyzing circular economy solutions, and developing sustainability reporting frameworks. Tia's career at YIT began with summer trainee roles, culminating in a Master's thesis for the Industry business segment. Tia holds dual Master's degrees from Aalto University, one in Business Networks and Strategic Management, and one in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility.
