Obaid Shahriar

Obaid Shahriar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in key leadership roles within the aviation sector. Currently serving as Group CFO at Kam Air since June 2011, Obaid plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and supporting senior management. Previously, Obaid held multiple positions at Kam Air, including Director of Revenue Management/Accounting, Chief Revenue Officer, and Financial Controller, overseeing critical revenue accounting functions and finance team management. At AFTRANS AERO DMCC, from June 2013 to September 2018, Obaid served as CFO, contributing to organizational mission achievement and staff development. Obaid holds a Master's degree in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Jyväskylä.
