L. Christine Terrell serves as the Director of Product for Innovation Technology at Kaplan since March 2023, where responsibilities include providing Agile Project Management services and establishing Agile processes within the technology department. As a Co-Founder of ADIBE Collaborative, L. Christine Terrell promotes cultural change through an inclusive diversity approach. Ownership and co-founding of Sapphire Mountain Properties, LLC involves managing multiple rental properties in Colorado and California. Prior roles include Director of Learning + Development at Common Thread Collective and Senior Operations Manager for the Education Team at Tealium, among others, with a strong history in educational development and Agile methodologies at Kaplan Test Prep. L. Christine Terrell holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Emory University and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global, along with various other educational qualifications.
