Martin Silverman

Martin Silverman is an experienced corporate real estate leader with a robust background in managing and optimizing real estate portfolios across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Real Estate at Kaplan since May 2016, Martin oversees strategic planning and operational supervision of the firm's real estate assets. Previous roles include providing in-house real estate consultancy for American Express, managing corporate transactions at JPMorgan Chase, and leading real estate initiatives at UBS and Citi. Martin consistently demonstrates expertise in negotiating leases, managing transactions, and maximizing property income through strategic site selection and tenant mix optimization. Martin holds a degree in Business from the University of Houston.
