Wei Jiang

Wei Jiang is a Founding Partner at Catchlight Capital Partners, a secondary venture fund focused on US tech startups, where the emphasis is on restructuring companies' cap tables to navigate compliance issues. Additionally, Wei co-founded Momentor Ventures, an early-stage fund supporting entrepreneurs, particularly Xooglers and Stanford graduates. An experienced investor, Wei has invested in multiple companies, including Kapwing, Bear Robotics, Blockstack PBC, Otter.ai, MemVerge, Subtle Medical, and Dandelion. Previously, Wei served as a Venture Partner at ZhenFund, a seed fund based in Beijing. Wei holds an M.S. in Medical Statistics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester, as well as a BA in Information Systems from Peking University.
