Norman Chen has over 20 years of work experience in the tech industry. Norman started their career at Prodisc as an Engineer from November 1998 to May 2002. Norman then joined Quanta display as an Engineer from June 2002 to November 2003. Norman worked at INNOLUX Group as a Senior Engineer from November 2003 to May 2004 before moving to TEL Solar as a Senior Application Engineer from May 2004 to January 2016, where they focused on Solar PECVD installation and ramp-up. Norman then joined Tokyo Electron as a Senior Engineer from March 2016 to May 2017, where they provided technical support and system uptime management for the Etch system, mainly for TSMC. Norman Chen is currently working at Kateeva since 2017, first as a Customer Service Supervisor and currently as a Sales Service Manager, starting from September 2020.
Norman Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanic from Longhua Science and Technology University from 2001 to 2003.
