Sarah A. Baker

Sarah A. Baker is a Securities Litigation Researcher at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, with experience beginning in February 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Student Attorney for the Consumer Financial Transactions Clinic and worked as a Legal Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from January 2021 to August 2020. Additionally, Sarah completed a Legal Internship at the Federal Labor Relations Authority in the summer of 2020. Sarah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where studies were completed from August 2019 to May 2021.
