Orrin Barrow has a diverse work experience in various industries. Orrin started their career as an intern at George Smith Partners in 2013 and later interned at the City of Los Angeles, City Attorney's Office Special and Complex Litigation Division in 2014. In 2015, Barrow worked as a Business Development Coordinator at ExchangeRight Real Estate, where they conducted research and established initial contact with potential clients for new project opportunities. Orrin then joined California First National Bank in 2016 as an Associate, where they analyzed financial statements and developed expertise in financing and sales strategies. From 2017 to the present, Barrow has been with Kay Properties & Investments, starting as a Vice President and later being promoted to Senior Vice President. In these roles, they have cultivated leads, built relationships with investors and brokers, and worked on marketing initiatives and streamlining business practices.

Orrin Barrow earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California in the years 2011-2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 22, Series 63, and a Real Estate License, all within the years 2017-2018.
