Jason Townsley

Jason Townsley is an accomplished professional in land development and civil engineering with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Land Development at KB Home since December 2020, Jason has progressively advanced through roles including Director of Land Development and Senior Land Development Manager. Prior to this, Jason held the position of Project Manager/Estimator at DNT Construction LLC and was a Project Manager at KFW Engineers & Surveying. Jason's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Engineering Associate for the City of San Antonio and as an Engineering Associate IV at Bury+Partners. Jason started in the field as a Superintendent/Heavy Equipment Operator at Lowden Excavation, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2001 and 2004.
