Jim McDade has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jim began their career at SunTrust Bank in 1997 as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking. In 2000, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Vice President and Finance Manager until 2003. Jim then transitioned to Toll Brothers in 2005, where they served as Division President until 2014. Following their time at Toll Brothers, Jim became a Founding Member at Tidewater Homes from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of EVP at KB Home, starting in 2019.
Jim McDade has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University.
