Melissa Lora

Melissa Lora served in several senior executive roles over a 31-year career at Taco Bell Corp., a division of Yum! Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest restaurant companies, including as President of its international businesses, Chief Financial Officer and Global Chief Financial and Development Officer, and was widely recognized as an influential female leader in the industry. Ms. Lora currently serves on the board of directors of Conagra Brands, Inc. and MGIC Investment Corporation. Ms. Lora joined the Board in 2004, and was named Lead Independent Director in 2016.
