Kimheang Soeur has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as VP and Manager of the Credit Analysis Department at KB PRASAC Bank since January 2012, where responsibilities include loan analysis, credit risk management, and ensuring high compliance rates. Previously, Kimheang held roles as AVP and Deputy Manager of the Branch Management Department, as well as Regional Manager overseeing operations across multiple provinces and branches, focusing on staff management and strategic planning. Additional experience includes management roles at PRASAC and Prasac MFI, with a strong emphasis on operational and cash management, as well as loan and deposit oversight.
