Mai-Chi N. Tran

Mai-Chi N. Tran, PharmD, BCCCP, currently serves as a Transitions of Care Pharmacist at MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center, where responsibilities include optimizing discharge medications and educating patients. In addition to this role, Mai-Chi is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Keck Graduate Institute and the University of Southern California, teaching pharmacy practice and providing lectures at various levels. Mai-Chi co-founded and manages Clinica Juan Pablo Medical Group, overseeing operations and billing. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Keck Medicine of USC, where a transitions of care program was established, and as an Emergency Medicine Pharmacist at Providence Saint John's Health Center. Mai-Chi completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health and has held various roles in pharmacy practice since 2005. Education was completed at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
