Kristy Seidel has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and leadership roles. From 1999 to 2004, they served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, before being promoted to Human Resources Director in 2004. In 2005, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition, a position they held until their departure from the company in 2018. In January 2018, Seidel joined KeHE Distributors as the Vice President of Human Resources and Sales.
Kristy Seidel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Missouri State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they hold the certification of Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
