Dawn M. Nye has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Keller Packaging of Napoleon, Inc. since November 2011. In this role, Dawn is responsible for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, while also focusing on process and equipment improvements and fostering a strong safety culture. Prior to this position, Dawn held leadership roles such as VP of Warehouse/Packaging at TMT Inc. and Director of Operations at CK Technologies. Dawn's career began as the Plant Manager at LDM Technologies, where employment spanned from 1977 to 2005. Dawn holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
