Previously, Flint held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Life & Health Insurance at USAA from May 2022 to July 2023, overseeing strategic leadership and product development. Prior roles include President and CEO of Farmers New World Life Insurance Company and membership on the FINRA Board of Governors. Flint's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions at Protective Life, Lincoln Financial Group, and Securities America Financial Corporation. Flint's educational background includes an MBA and a Master of Science from Creighton University, as well as an Executive Leadership program at The Wharton School.
