Jordan Solomon

Jordan Solomon, CPCU, ARM, is an accomplished risk management professional currently serving as the Director on the Insurance Captive Board of Directors at the International Warehouse Logistics Association since January 2025. Simultaneously, as the Director of Risk Management at Kenco Group since January 2019, Jordan oversees corporate insurance programs, provides guidance on risk management issues, assists with contract reviews, manages motor carrier compliance and cargo claims, and leads corporate ESG and sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Risk Manager and Risk Management Analyst for the City of St. Petersburg, where responsibilities included analyzing city contracts and managing the property insurance program, as well as serving as an Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster at Amerisure Insurance, investigating and settling commercial claims. Jordan began the professional journey with an internship at Sedgwick Claims Management Services and holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management/Insurance from Florida State University.
