Phil Potter

Phil Potter is an experienced project manager at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, specializing in stormwater and environmental projects since November 2015, managing contracts and overseeing staff for various clients including the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation and the City and County of Honolulu. Previously, Phil served as an environmental scientist at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology from August 2008 to November 2015, focusing on stormwater program management. Phil has gained research experience through internships at Griffith University and the University of Connecticut, contributing to projects on ocean acidification and sustainable stormwater management. Phil holds an MBA from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, an MS in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a BA in Geography from McGill University.
