Phil Potter

Phil Potter is an experienced project manager at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, specializing in stormwater and environmental projects since November 2015, managing contracts and overseeing staff for various clients including the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation and the City and County of Honolulu.
