Franklin Lin, MD, FAANS is a neurosurgeon and the chair of the Department of Surgery at WellStar Health System. In addition to this role, Franklin Lin serves as a team physician for both Kennesaw State University and Marietta High School. Previously, Franklin Lin worked at Emory Healthcare as a physician and assistant professor and completed residency training in neurological surgery at Emory University School of Medicine. Franklin Lin earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida from 1996 to 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University from 1992 to 1996.
