Ken Harmon

Ken Harmon has a considerable background in academia and motivational speaking. As a Professor of Accounting at Kennesaw State University from December 2011 to July 2018, Ken specialized in Data Analytics applied in Accounting and had expertise in Accounting Information Systems. Ken served as Interim President and previously as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, functioning as the Chief Academic Officer for the University. Additionally, Ken has been a self-employed motivational speaker since August 2009, delivering over 170 speeches across seven countries on topics including personal and workplace happiness, leadership, and culture. Ken also held positions as a Visiting Professor at ASEBUSS until May 2023, Dean of the Else School of Management at Millsaps College, and Chair of the Department of Accounting at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and a D.B.A. in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
