Pamela Sturgis

Pamela Sturgis is a seasoned professional in customer development, currently serving as a Senior Customer Development Manager at Kenvue since April 2023. Previously, Pamela held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from July 2014 to April 2023, including Senior Customer Development Manager, Customer Strategy Manager, and several roles within customer development and strategy. Pamela began a career with Johnson & Johnson as a Consumer Sales Co-Op for the Rite Aid Customer Facing Team in early 2013. Additionally, Pamela was the Corporate Relations Chair for the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity from August 2012 to January 2013. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and is currently pursuing further education at The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai in Florence, Italy.
