Serena Moroni

Serena Moroni currently serves as the MAKE Global Business Process Owner Leader and Make Asset Management Lead at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Serena dedicated nearly 20 years to Johnson & Johnson, where positions included Make Asset Management Lead, Head of Make Engineering at the Pomezia Plant, Quality Assurance Manager, Production Manager, Toiletries Business Unit Manager, Mixing Manager, and Toiletries Production Supervisor. Serena holds a Master in Industry 4.0 Design with a focus on Enterprise Digitalization and 4.0 Technologies from Università di Pisa, expected to be completed in July 2024, and a Laurea in Ingegneria Nucleare from Sapienza Università di Roma, earned in 2002. Educational background also includes a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico obtained in 1997.
