Magali Saintot

Magali Saintot is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Senior HRBP and Responsable Ressources Humaines at Kering since 2023, Magali focuses on finance and audit across several European countries, contributing to the development of an EMEA Finance Shared Services Center. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, Magali held the position of HRBP Retail and HR Manager at Celio, overseeing a retail portfolio of 200 stores and managing significant organizational change during the pandemic. Prior HR experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at Disneyland Paris, managing a division of 1,200 employees, and earlier positions at Orange and Ramsay Générale de Santé, specializing in various HR functions. Magali holds a Master 2 in Human Resources Management from IAE Dijon, a Master 1 in Law, Economic and Social Studies from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a Bachelor's degree in AES from Université de Bourgogne.
