Sunaina R. has a diverse work experience in the field of data management and analytics. Sunaina is currently the Director of Data Governance at Kestra Financial. Previously, they worked at Motorola Solutions as the Master Data Management and Data Governance Lead, where they implemented the first data governance strategy and program for customer master data. Sunaina also played a key role in expanding this successful model to supplier master data. Prior to that, Sunaina worked at Palmetto GBA as a Senior Data Analytics Lead and at the Great Lakes ADA Center as a Research Analyst. Sunaina started their career at EY as an Internal Consultant and Software Engineer.

Sunaina R. holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago. Sunaina also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., MYSORE.
