Mark Buttle is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as a Divemaster at PADI since July 2022 and as an IT Service Operations Manager at Key Group since February 2020, Mark has a strong background in improving service desk processes and user experience. Previous roles include Service Lead at The Co-operative Group, where responsibility involved incident and problem processes in IT service operations, and Service Operations Lead at The Co-Operative Food, focusing on delivering service enhancements. Mark's experience spans various organizations, including Infinium IT Limited, NSPCC, and CSC, where responsibilities ranged from frontline IT support to managing service delivery for major clients. Mark is known for implementing best practices and developing strategies to enhance service quality across organizations.
