In this role, Paula oversees daily operations of the support, implementation, and training teams, focusing on achieving goals through effective coaching and mentoring. Prior to this position, Paula held various roles at KeyCentrix, LLC from 2000 to 2017, including Training Manager and Support Supervisor, and began with the company as a Hardware Specialist in the late 1990s. Paula's extensive background in account management and support services reflects a strong commitment to quality and productivity in team performance.
