James Boyd

James Boyd is a seasoned professional in customer operations and technical solutions, currently serving as Team Lead for APAC Customer Operations at Keyfactor since July 2022, where guidance is provided to customers on the implementation and integration of Keyfactor's solutions. Previously, James held roles as a Senior Solutions Architect at Keyfactor and as a Systems Integrator at Entrust, delivering tailored security software solutions to various sectors. With earlier experience at HP in Advanced Technical Support and roles at CSG Limited, Sharp Business Systems UK, Sharp New Zealand, and Ricoh New Zealand, James has developed a robust skill set in technical problem-solving, integration, and managed solutions. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the Southern Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Meat Retailing from CPIT, in addition to training from Cisco Networking Academy.
